Pathetic Service!
I am currently at the Benoni Lakeside Mall Branch, have been here for an hour now, just to f** cancel the accoung, no consultant to assist, even if it's lunch time,they can't be off to lunch at the same time, whenever u see a consultant it's only when they walk to the back!
