Pathetic Service!

I have requested for statements for the personal loan I have paying for years and years now to Standard Bank. No one is assisting me, I have been sending emails since March the 15th till now no one is followed with following up. Standard service,charges everything is just pathetic! This the response i revived till date nothing has happened! The contact provided below are unable to assist me they refer me elsewhere
