Pathetic service
The level of service I received in the standard bank in diepkloof square is pathetic. We have been sitting her for over 2 hours waiting for assistance. The staff is short and useless. Is it possible that you assist 1 customer for over an hour? There are empty desk with computers but no consultant. One guy just told me that he was here yesterday and was never assisted and his back again hoping to be assisted. Please do something or just close this branch cos it's useless
