Pathetic service

Standard bank you did it again! Why after I expressed that I was not happy and want to close my accounts do I now get an SMS that my cards are ready for collection? Your service is appalling. After my "up grade" nothing happend no cards issued for 6weeks. Now that I have repeatedly said I want to close my account now in less than a week the UNWANTED card are ready to collect.
