Pathetic service

<p>I have been banking with Std bank for +-30 years and I am with a private banker. I am in the market for a new bond. After consulting my private banker, she advised that Standard bank home loans division will be contacting me as they offer a ...that was about a week ago. I am still waiting for that call. I also shopped around with other financial institutions for the same and guess what. Investec has already approved my bond. Over and above that I was kept informed all the way during the process. It's absolutely shocking that Standard bank offers such pathetic service. Needless to say I am now moving my account to a bank that shows an interest in client service....guess this was LONG overdue.</p> <p> </p>
