Pathetic service

I submitted documents to std bank on the first week of march. I didn't get any response from them, or report stating that they've received my documents. I call them 4 days later to check if they received the documents and the status of my application. I was advised that documents were received in good order but their turnaround time is 7 working days. After 2 weeks I call the call centre again for feedback and an agent by the name of kenin/kenith tells me he doesn't have access to the information that I want and I tell him I always call the same number and have never been advised of such. He tells me oh no mam u need to send an email. I tell him I don't have access to email hence I'm calling. He then gave me a number that I should call. He claimed that I'd be able to get feedback from them. I took the number phoned it didn't exist. I called call centre again spoke to a lady she told me mam ur application is still pending just keep checking which is \ enough after 2weeks". I laid a complaint about the kevin/kenin boy I was advised that std bank would get back to in 5 days nobody ever. Std bank has the worst service no wonder they came last in orange index: ask Africa..."""
