Pathetic servicd

I app**** for credit card and was approved and told that the cards would be delivered in 3 to 7 days, 8 days later I do a follow up and I'm told that the consultant never ordered the card. Now it's like I have to keep running after people who don't care about their customers and their reputation, it's been day and the only calls I get from them its consultants wanting to start a process that was completed from the beginning. THIS IS PATHETIC
