Pathetic server at Standard Bank Southdale Branch

Please can you look into the **** Show that you have going on at your Southdale branch. Just to pick up a card, I waited over an hour in the queue and then had to leave. You have staff walking up and down looking busy whilst your customers are sitting patiently. I've previously picked up my card from the very same branch couple years ago and it took me like 30min. I think if I had waited for the entire time, I would have been waiting for 3 hours. My credit card was sent to me via post, so why not do the same for my cheque card. Look after your customers whilst you have them. And sort out that branch. The system that you have there is pathetic. Don't behave like the bank is doing your customers a favour. Make it seamless for customers not difficult and please sort out that branch. Service at the branch is appalling.
