Pathetic responses from consultants

As previously reported, most of your consultants can barely read English let alone draft a sensible reply and the best one can expect is a form letter which may or may not address one's query. I submitted a query regarding a trust which has an account with you and I wanted a copy of the SARB regulations concerning distributions to a beneficiary living overseas. I know you have the answers on your network because a teller allowed me a brief glimpse but unfortunately the URL she gave me did not work. Mbali Majozi response was ridiculous: "Kindly provide us with a detailed description concerning the below and/ or reference/ID number to assist further." Nasema Chikte at Nedbank, who assisted my sister in a similar matter, was far more helpful but I would prefer to let you deal with it as the account is with you.

Reviewer Update
10 May: I wrote below " I'm sorry, but I'm not prepared to tolerate being shunted around from one indifferent consultant to another." AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. Zeenath H***en, Zelelponi Seotloe, Palesa Ralegoma, Mr. Mfundo N Sithole, Matilda Makgatho. NOBODY prepared to step up to the plate and say: Here's my personal email address; I'm prepared to monitor the process for you". What a pathetic organisation. 5 May: Letter to Tarryn Bradford-Scheepers: Thank you for your response and I hope that this email finds you and not someone else! Apart from the SARB information requested below which I require for the trustees, I also require your ***istance in formalising the emigration of the beneficiary living overseas who is my daughter. But I am only prepared to accept your ***istance if I have direct contact with a literate and helpful consultant otherwise I will be using Nedbank which may mean transferring the account to them. I'm sorry, but I'm not prepared to tolerate being shunted around from one indifferent consultant to another. I hope that you can ***ist me in this matter. Kind regards
