Pathetic Private Bank Service
Worst Private Bank Service out there.
Been a customer for 15 years. Never have they ever assisted me when I sent mails or call.
Paying crazy fees for no help. Go to FNB or Nedbank they actually value their clients.
Have an unauthorised debit order, with proof and they simply do not care to assist. Their clients are just numbers, money and they treat you like nothing.
I am so disappointed. Have an urgent open query with still no help and when I follow up you in queue with no support.
