Pathetic poor service!!!!

I called Standard bank to do a debit order reversal, the agent who assisted me (very ***********) reversed a DEPOSIT made into my account instead of a successful debit order. Now they are making me fix the error by calling around. POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a bond with them but now I regret it.
