Pathetic/Poor maintenance of ATMs

It is so annoying to walk in and out of a bank continuously and not get what you want. I have been trying to deposit at the ATMs at Nicolway Mall since Sunday and to this day, their machines are still not working. The queue at the consultants is always so long because their \systems are running slow". The cardless Instant Money is also not operational. I've got to wait til this cash reverses back to my account apparently. What type of service is this? Are ATM custodians on some sort of a go-slow or what. this is ridiculous really. I don't make use of my bank card because of the convenience of cardless transactions but I suppose it's gonna be a problem with the \""Moving Forward\"" bank becaus you are not moving forward because your maintenance of such services is Moving BACKWARDS. I find it easy to pop into Nicolway Mall because it is just around the corner for me and I spend hours there on business meetings...should I have to drive elsewhere because nobody has bothered to look into issues with ATMs?"""
