Pathetic on Response

Once again Standard Bank is living up to their pathetic service. Been waiting since last week for a response, u can't even go to the branch their it's more pathetic. I think the call centre will be of more service, but they truly just as lame as their branches!!!!! WHO IS THE BEST BANK that I go to. Just had it with this Bank really!!!!!!
