PATHETIC FORENSICS TEAM FOR ***** CASES

I'm not a client of Standard bank and thankfully not evidently.

If you conducted ANY INVESTIGATION you'd see your client, Laptop Depot has been reputable and then started degrading clients.

There is an online company which proved reputable that I "purchased" a laptop from, called LAPTOP DEPOT.

Laptop depot is a standard bank client, this company has been reported for several cases of ***** from consumers who have paid and received defected products or worse, NOTHING.

My situation, is that Ive paid and have requested a refund from Laptop depot on SEVERAL Occasions AND I've received an odd response from the company confirming it would be paid to me.

It's been over 8 months and today I receive a call from my bank claiming that standard bank forensics are unable to refund my money from their client???

Their client who CLEARLY has been de*****ing customers.

Wow standard bank, this is extremely disappointing from such a "reputable" bank.

Ive re**** on that refund to see me through these difficult times, yet this is how matters are handled??

I will ensure this goes onto a public platform, together with other Laptop depot customers who experienced the same ***** from the company.
