Pathetic customer services
If I could rate standard bank I'd give them a - 1, I app**** for a loan back in 2016, paid up my loan a few years ago. However, according to my ITC I still owe them R3054 and status is in arreas., when I call them and go into the bank personally on many occasions I was told that the account has been paid up. There is no outstanding amount.
