Pathetic Customer Service

Will never ever get any financing from them again. Been trying to get a statement for my vehicle for 3 years without any luck had to default on a payment to get them to contact me and then had to fight for 4 months before I could get a statement. But they will hand you over to debt collectors the moment you default without trying to get a hold of you first. Now a year later again struggling to get a statement. I keep on requesting it by email and they just reply in messages that is "protected" that I can not open. It is going to cost me and take a whole Saturday to go to a branch again to wait in a line for hours to get a simple statement. This bank is absolutely pathetic when it comes to customer service. If I could give less than one star I would have.
