Pathetic customer service and communication skills

I am so frustrated as a Prestige client at standard bank that i actually want to move my entire profile from you guys to another more efficient competent and a bank that will not mess around with clients funds! I am dealing with the same issue 2 months in a row and pathetic communication and skills that this cannot be resolved! That is why standard bank will never be onto! Your clients are not priority because urgency means nothing to you guys! My money but yet you people disregard it!!!
