Pathetic customer service

I got a call from Standard Bank at 7:21am this morning in which Faizel called me. He is rude and sighed on the first call as if he is doing me a favor. I ended the call in that I won’t speak to someone that feels as if he is doing a favor when in fact he is doing his job.

He then called back a 2nd time in which I told him I will only speak if we have a mutually respectful conversation which didn’t happen in that he spoke over me. He is rude and I refuse to speak to him.

Standard Bank customer service is pathetic and that is why I left and went to FNB
