Pathetic customer service

n wednesday the 8th April I went to withdraw R500 cash at a standard bank atm early in the morning. The atm froze I waited 20 min received an sms that money has been withdrawn from my account but no cash. I spoke to 3 different people that told me 3 different things. On Saturday I had to stand in a long que only to be told I will get my money on Friday the 17th. On Friday I received a sms that the case is unresolved so this means more calls, more airtime and more long ques at the bank. Standard bank your service is pathetic!!
