Pathetic customer service

I am very disappointed in Standard banks home loans division. There has been no communication with me regarding my Access bond and to try and resolve the issue is like pulling teeth. My business account and 2 home loans are with them, obviously things are great as they dont need any more business. Where is the customer service?
