PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
I HAVE BEEN BANKING WITH STANDARD BANK (SB) FOR THE LAST 16 YEARS TO WHICH THIS WILL BE THE LAST MONTH OF BEING THEIR CUSTOMER. WITHIN A PERIOD OF 8 MONTHS I HAVE HAD MY CARD SWALLOWED, MONEY \WITHDRAWN"(TO THE VALUE OF R2000 AND R200) AT ATMS"
