Pathetic Customer Care Sevice

In August I was credit vetted at a service provider and was advised that I am not credit worthy due to an account being in arrears. I had seek info via the My Credit Expert website and it was prompted that I was in arrears for the joint home loan with Standard Bank. The property is in the process of being sold and Standard Bank cancelled the Debit Order from my husband's bank account. I have contacted Standard Bank's attorney, Andretta Van Zyl at Marias Muller Attorneys and she confirmed there is no details on her system an longer and I need to contact Standard Bank. I contact the legal department at Standard Bank and spoke to Lodia in Collections (Tel. ***) and she confirmed I had to email the Prelegal Cancellations department as there is no telephone connection. I emailed this department on the 4 September and I still await feedback on the following: 1. Why were we handed over to the your attorneys when the Debit Order for the loan was stopped by yourselves. 2. The Bond is currently being handled by the MASTERS, as it is in the process of being sold, but due to Lockdown everything has been slowed down and is out of our control? 3. Please ensure you clear our credit history and also send us a letter confirming that we are not in arears. I URGENTLY am in the process of making a purchase and need my credit history HEALTHY!!! 4. See attached are my credit ratings as per the Credit Bauru. 5. Below is a mail to our Conveying attorney who has had no joy with your institution either I have now checked my status again and Standard Bank is now prompting 4 month in arrears and I am no where close sorting out my credit rating
