Pathetic complaint service

21 June 2019 I phoned standard bank after I had enough of atterneys calling me constantly for s9meone elses debt. I spoke to Palesa who told me that se spoke to Claire and that my number would be removed from someone elses account. It is now 2 weeks later and I am still being harrased by MBD. This has now been going on for months. On 21 May 2019 I also logged a complaint in this regard and absolutly nothing was done about it. I will now be reporting Standard bank to the Ombusman seeing as this whole mess was caused by some incompitant Standard bank employee who gave my private details for someone elses account.
