Pathetic communication
Good day
I have been emailing Standard Bank for 3 weeks now to get assistance with Household insurance. I keep getting emails from them to say someone will contact me but nobody does, then I get an email from someone from the Kingsmead Branch to say they will assist me with all my queries. I email them and no reply. They read my emails but i get no response.
