Pathetic bunch of ******

I was unable to get a settlement letter for a loan. I would like to settle, but cannot get the letter from them. They close the branches but still cannot help you when you call them. Forcing you to go to a branch and spend 2 hours there standing in their lines waiting the day by, instead of earning your living. Ie they do not want you to settle your loans with them, then they would earn more and more interest, thus they make things harder for you, in this economic climate one would think that this poor economic practice would not be the case. In a country with consumer more in debt than ever one should be incentivised to settle loans early. oh no not with Standardbank they would rather exploit the interest further and squeeze the little income earner for as long as they can with interest due.

Ladies and Gentlemen:

I give you the worst bank in the world: "Standard Bank!" - oh shucks, no applause? wow I guess everyone knows it already and still the bank does noting to improve the basics.
