Pathetic bank - NO SERVICE....why are you still operating???
You arw the WORST bank ever!! Why you guys still operate and HOW you guys still do business is really jaw dropping!! NON of the call centre agents I spoke to the last 2 days were able to give the same information, I get transferred from pilar to post, one more clueless than the other. After 1hr of wasting my breath, having to repeat myself over and over (as I get transfered) and guess what --- today again agter 30min I was YET AGAIN given the wrong information!! Pathetic!!!!! You spend thousends on training but rather donate that money to a company who actually works, who want to help people.
