Pathetic bank
Bought my car 1 November 2023, still no debit order gone off my account its now January. When I phoned them end on November they said it will happen end of December, again end of December nothing. Phoned again and told it will go off, never did. now end of January still nothing so far!!! Had enough of this pathetic bank!

01 Feb 2024, 12:39So this vehicle loan provider does not do debit orders unless they can get 2 months of interest on the account into there own pockets before they will do a debit order. Because I pay into the account to prevent them from getting the extra interest they will not do a debit order.
