Pathetic, Appalling service from home loans

I have requested for a debit order date change the only amendment that was done and now I'm getting messages that my home loan is unpaid and there has always been funds in my account even now but no one bothered to debit my account. When I called I was told to give it some few more days but still the account is not debited and I'm getting stupid and annoying messages. Pathetic service cos at the end of the day it's my name that will be blacklisted.
