Pathetic and unreliable service

After 14 years of having a cheque account at Standard Bank I've decided to close it. I've had enough of pathetic and unreliable service. There's no loyalty and sertainly don't feel that I get value for money. Think it's time to invest in another financial institution. I'm gatvol!!!!
