Pathetic and the most useless bank of all time

disgusted by the behavior of the staff. i waited for an hour on the phone for a number and name with no update just waited on hold absolutely ridiculous

the guy said his manager is leshan naidoo and he will get a name and number from her, then an hour later still nothing and i had to hang up

i tried getting in contact with standard bank since this morning and 2 of the times i waited for 30min each then the 3rd time i waited an hour
