Pathetic

Can someone please assist in taking on std bank. This is absolutely ridiculous. Since sorting out the issue of money being deducted from my acc and not owning A vehicle at std bank i Found out months later that they show my acc as in arrears causing me to struggle to open other acc and loans. You keep phoning them and nothing gets done. I want to know how I can sort them out. I am close to taking legal action
