Pathetic

I called your contact centre stayed on the line for 5 minutes while your AGENT was having a lovely conversation with her buddy. When she was done she decides to take my call and does not even apologise. She then places me on hold for another 2 minutes to get her team leader.<br> <br> I then provided my number for her team leader to contact me and I am still waiting for the call<br> Please close my account immediately. <br> <br> By the way I called on Monday and requested for statements and I am still waiting for it... what am I paying for again??????<br> I do not wish to deal with your bank any longer. Your service is pathetic.
