Pathetic

Standard Bank, a bank I have been trusting for years has now become a JOKE. I have outstanding complaints from May, they responded to hellopeter and then afterwards disappeared. They call you, offer you a credit card, you submit ALL documentation but yet the Branch has no clue or idea of what the outbound sales team are doing. This issue (beside the OLD ones) has been dragging for almost a MONTH now. It is time I take my business somewhere else. Standard Bank, you disappoint me after a decade!!!!!
