Pathetic

I'm currently in the USA and trying to change the way I receive my OTP, cell phone to e-mail address. I spoke to a consultant via phone for 45 minutes who was completely lost on what to do, no coming back after a few minutes and confirming I was still there or update me, all this at my cost from the USA, she eventually dropped the, call I did call back and spoke to another person, he was informative and helpful and assured me it would take 3-5 working days to process, stupid me for getting my hopes up.....that was on the 30/12/20...its now the 14/01/21 and nothing has happened. This is way passed incompetence, its shameful, disappointing and **********.
