Pathetic

<p>My credit card was *****ed last year and no sms were coming through to me as they were using my card and my question is how do i use the amount that i don't have in my account,standard bank gave me R21000 but they say i need to pay R79000,why i did not receive any sms and my update was activated,how safe am i with this bank i have case numbers and all but nothing has been done,i ve been banking with them since 1993 its been 23yrs and loyal to them but for a first time i want to change to another bank as i feel its not safe at all if thibgs like this happens and nobody cares,right now i don't even know how i feel.</p>
