Pathetic

<p>My mom has been waiting for 2 and n half hours to be helped. The one consultant helping her told her to sit on the couch and wait , that he has put her name in the qeue for another consultant to help her. After an hour of waiting she stood up to find that he never put her name up. We then waited for another hour to be told that they have called someone from lunch to come and help. By this time it is already 16:39. This is extremely bad service... </p>
