Pathetic
3 weeks now I have been waiting for my credit card, the advised that the nearest branch will be in contact to arrange collection within 3 working days. It's now over 3 weeks. Called call Centre, they advised they will escalate, nothing has yet happened but instead the call you to sell you more of they products. I even want to stop this credit card!!!
