Pathetic

When I went under debt review in 2012, STD Bank supp**** an amount that needs to be paid, this is the amount that we went to court with, in June 2015 the account was paid up, but in they never placed my account under debt review, some months they charged me double interest, now according to them I owe them R 19 000, this issue has been coming from August 2015, I mean how pathetic can one Financial Institute be not to rectify this error, no one can provide feedback regarding this, I have all the emails and court order ect ect ect yet they cannot supply answers, they have handed me over for their monies!!! I find this unacceptable, no matter how much one explains and asks for Management to provide feedback, it's like speaking to a person in a grave, you might actually get an answer from a dead person before the bright sparks in STD bank will actually provide feedback
