Pathetic !!

I issued a complaint on this platform two days ago and Hello Peter came back to me a few hours later saying that Standard Bank said that they would contact me. Well two days later and I have still not had any communication regarding my many problems with the bank. Do I now take it that their spokesman is a **** or do they only pay lip service to their lack of professionalism and poor service?
