Pathetic

After laying a complaint earlier as to my debt order problem, my childs maintenance money comes thru and it us taken by the bank, I called 2nce was on hold for 15 min then 20 kin and no ***ing answer!!!! I want this debt order reversed.i made it very clear to the credit department that i am not working yet they still take money.and yet they closeing so many branch's but i cant even reverse this , it is againat the law to take anything from child maintance money,ir are the people that work for std bank so *********** they cant do their jobs properly i stoped all my debt orders yet they still going off.
