Pathetic !!! 23 minutes later
9 phones and 4 emails and I'm yet to get a call or response from you ! Pathetic !!! You debit banking service charges are on time from my account each month !!! WHY can't YOUR service be the same . You quick to take my money but your service QUALITY Is appalling . Your accountability is far gone and to make it worse, I pay top dollar for prestige banking for the last few years but it's no existent and neither have I ever heard from a personal banker or see the joys of the service!!!! and when I do need you to provide me simple service, I cannot get hold of anyone at standard bank ! Shame on you for taking my money !
