Pathetic

Since last year november after settling my vehicle with standerdbank the still deducted the money twice from my acc. after 2 months of countless mails and phone calls to them note that i keep calling them they wont bother phoning back and assisting. They finally paid back the money and promised for the second time that everything is sorted. Just to find out now that still 4months later this vehicle is still on my name and shows that the acc is in arrears. Which is messing with my future lending and credit score. Of course to standerdbank this means nothing and still no assistance is given. All those Phone recording they insist on is now gone I sent settlement letters over 4 times. They just turn a blind eye. Legal steps is all that is left. How does one begin in taking legal action. Ny acc is with standardbank as well and I phoned their ***** line. But because the ones commiting this issue is also std bank they refuse to assist.
