Pathethic service as usual Standard

Called in to get assistance to change a debit order as Standard Bank keeps debiting on the incorrect date. The consultant firstly was very unhelpful. She stated Standard bank selects the debit order date. I requested for her to state where this is in the T&C and she states I must go to a branch for that details. I then requested to speak to a supervisor, she placed me on hold for 15 minutes or longer came back and pretented there is network issues and cut the call. No attempt made to call back as I clearly was not assisted or given feedback on either of my requests.
