Particularly brilliant & well mannered gentleman

Been in to so many branches and as I am not a client of yours so I very seldom pay attention to service received until 2-3 weeks ago. I went into your Glenwood Branch in Davenport Centre in Durban requiring info on a bond for a trust.As the trust is held with the Standard Bank, The trustees prefer we apply for the mortgage with Standard Bank.I visited numerous branches trying to get information, however the staff are never forthcoming once I mention bond for a trust. I have been put on the phone, Staff looking confused and not very happy that it is a trust.I was directed by one of my colleagues to see Neekesh Sharma as I was advised \HE KNOWS EVERYTHING"and would be able to assist me. Well I was so impressed in the manner he approached me taking so much of consideration and time in explaining what is needed & steps. Unlike my many negative experiences previously he handed me his card and took full responsibility advising me to bring in the documentation with me. I left my details with him and he actually called me back to confirm if I had obtained the documentation so he could assist me.Bond is actually not required anymore.
