On the 31st of January 2015 i went to an ATM at 320 west Street to withdraw the money there was 4people on the queue 3guys and 1 lady and i was the 5th as i got to the queue whereby i was also in a rush, one guy nicely told me i should be next when that one using the ATM is done. So immediately after that the guy left the ATM and i was next to use it, as i reached there was slip left on the ATM and the ATM was written enter VOUCHER NO or ATM PIN as i was wonderding why its written like that the guy come back for his slip he and took it telling me not to be scrared he just want his slip. He quickly crabbed my card on my hand and forcely inseted it on ATM i then asked why he did that? he told me he was helping me because he thought i was confused. The card was inside and i was suppose to enter my pin of which i was`nt aware that its visible on screen and the guy ws sneakin behind me.However,the card ws now stuck inside ,the guy GONE! few minutes after R2 400 was GONE.Monday went to megacity brach i didnt get help,i decided to close that card and open a new one & borrowed a loan and I used 2500 and 510 disappeard on my new acc within 8days! The branch cant explain HOW! I need my money
