Paid up my account, but still in arrears
Wow, after paying up my cheque account, which was R10, I asked the bank to close the account in 2013, and two years later they send me bills informing me that my account is in arrears, and worse, they even sent me to their lawyers, but what's frustrating is that even their telephone lines are not working....bad service indeed
