PAID UP LOAN STILL REFLECTING ON ITC AS UNPAID

I want to take this oppertunity to convey my utter disgussed for standard bank, since banking for the last 7 years, I am a prestige banker, I have paid my Loan Installament amount of R1985, Last year already and this when i want to apply for finance at another institute becuase standard banking taking almost 50% of my salary doesnot want to fianance me for a consolidation loan, There is an amout of R1985, Although paid up, still reflects on my name at ITC, This is very unproffessional, can this be removed immediatley, I am sick of this **** behaver and treatment i get from this bank
