PAID UP LOAN- BUT I STILL GET DEBITED

I had a Standard Bank loan many moons ago. it is paid up and suppose to be closed. last year by account was debited for R689.00, I queried, they apologised profusely ( Complaint ***) and said it should not happen again, this was September 2014. I have noticed that the same amount came off my account September 2015, I emailed Bernadine Naidoo on the 02nd October telling her my query of last year has not been resolved, no response. I have now had to log another query ( ***) can someone just reverse my money and freaaking close this account. if I have the same **** next year there is going to be hell to pay.
