Paid Up Letter with zero balance and Credit Bureau profile updated
Hi, I had a Credit Card with Standard Bank which was handed over to MBD for collections. I paid MBD in full an amount of R28, 465 last year on 2/05/2017. I now need a paid up and zero balance letter as they have failed to update my Credit Bureau profile since then. I am now listed and have been wondering why my credit score has not been improving since. I have been given a run around between Standard Bank and MBD and all I need is my letter and my profile to be updated. Please help
