Paid up Letter ( Settlement letter) requested

I had a loan and settled it on the 10th of May 2013. It was also settled before the term of the loan was over. <br> Standard bank gave me over to ITC and it was wrongfully done. My credit record is affected negatively. <br> I also went to Standard Bank several times but was unsuccessful. They said that I was supposed to get a letter on the 12th of June 2015 and as to date have not received anything. <br> Standard Banks system shows that my account is closed. I need a paid up letter ( settlement letter) and Standard Bank needs to clear my name from ITC as this was not my fault. <br> I am very disappointed. I have been banking at Standard Bank for many years. <br> <br> Could you please help me in this regard
